BS5837:2012 Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition & Construction

If you are planning on having any development, building or hard landscaping doing at your property, as part of the National Planning Policy Framework, you must have an Arboricultural Impact Assessment done. This survey looks at any trees on the land to be worked on and trees that are immediately adjacent to the site, including trees belonging to neighbours, making sure appropriate action is taken to ensure the impact on the tree stock is not a negative one.
